JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
- 3-5 years of high level maintenance and supervisory experience
- Licensed Tradesman preferred
- ON CALL REQUIRED, WELL COMPENSATED
