Quality Control Manager

We are currently working with a leading consumer goods organization recognized globally for their commitment to quality. As they look to enhance the experience on their team, they are looking to add a Quality Control Manager. This is a hybrid role – in office 2 days per week.

Position Description:

• Reports to the Global Director of Quality.
• Oversee a team of four responsible for all aspects of quality control throughout the production process.
• Engage with customers, suppliers and internal operations to resolve quality issues, perform audits, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive better decisions.
• Participate on cross functional teams regarding new product introductions, new locations and cost reductions.

Background Required:

• 5 years of experience in Quality; ideally 1-2 years in people management.
• Strong understanding of cGMP standards and regulations in food & beverage, skincare or pharmaceutical industry required.
• Prefer a solid analytical skill set to be able to read and take decisions on lab reports.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
