Opportunity
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Finance department temporarily, for 4-6 hours a day. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, be proficient in QuickBooks, and have experience with filing and document management. This role is critical in supporting our in-office finance team with accurate and timely data input and organization.
Responsibilities
Accurately input financial data into QuickBooks and other relevant software.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records. Ensure all documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure data organization and consistency.
Enter invoices, receipts, and other financial documents into QuickBooks.
Verify the accuracy of data entered and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and handling correspondence.
Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications
General proficiency in QuickBooks and computer skills are necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
Experience with filing and document management systems.
