Job Title: Class Logistics Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week
Reports to: Brand Logistics Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Impact Class Logistics team as a Class Logistics Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of logistics for our Impact Classes that take place around the country. In searching for the ideal player to add to this team, we are looking for someone who possesses strong administrative and communication skills, is adept at multitasking, and desires to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manages folders and documentation for the seamless integration of new markets, ensuring a structured approach to expansion.
  • Maintains effective communication with the Impact Class Logistics Director to stay informed and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Weekly facilitates the timely distribution of registration rosters to the teams for all classes.
  • Updates class calendars and folders in SharePoint as necessary, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for smooth operations of the Impact Classes.
  • Enhances workspace aesthetics creatively to reflect the spirit of holidays and important dates, creating an engaging and positive work environment for team members.
  • Works with the Brand Logistics Director to manage inventory sheets of resources and supplies used for the classes.
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of company events (Summits, Parties, Team Activities, etc.)
  • Handles all details surrounding equipment shipping and returns, including managing Asana tasks, generating shipping labels, shipping and tracking packages, etc.
Qualifications
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • Experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a seminar or event coordination environment.
  • High attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools such as Master Tour, Asana, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to accommodate the seminar schedule.
