Title: On-Site Youth Advocate (Overnight Awake) – Sol House
Position Type: Full-time non-exempt (hourly)
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday / every other Saturday overnights 9:00 pm-7:00 am; 30-40 hours/week
Salary Range: $18-$19 hourly, commensurate with experience

SUMMARY: Builds therapeutic relationships and provides intensive supervision of youth residing in Sol House and The Loft as needed, in order to assist them in achieving housing stability, recovery from complex trauma, setting and reaching personal goals, family reunification and/or independent self-sufficiency.
