Digital Marketing Coordinator
Life Chiropractic College West 
Location: Hayward, CA

Position Details: 
Salary Range: $29-32/hour
Full-Time, Non-Exempt 
40 hours per week 
Fully onsite position in Hayward, CA

Essential Job Responsibilities: 

• Become the subject matter expert on our project management platform while continuously working to find and build efficiencies in its use and adoption.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and our internal & external marketing resources to clarify objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and budgets
• Assist in developing, tracking and reporting on KPIs relevant to the marketing department and our impact on school-wide goals and objectives
• Coordinate content development, collection and layout of our internal email communications – typically a collection of content created by departments (and students) throughout the school.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of our data-driven approach to marketing strategy and tactics through ideation and testing
• Assist the marketing department in planning meetings and events that help us drive value internally and externally
• Assist in other areas of the marketing department as needed
• Experience with Hubspot – especially on the email side
• Experience with WordPress – primarily adding blog content and making general updates to copy, images, etc.
• The ability to write short-form, marketing-centric copy
• The ability to help with light image and graphic editing to support email and blog content
• Marketing experience in a higher education environment

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication preferred (relevant work experience in lieu of a degree also acceptable) 
• Marketing project management experience
• A solid grasp of project management software – ideally Clickup, but meaningful experience with any of the major platforms will translate (e.g. Wrike, Asana, etc.)
• Experience with marketing email and list management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
