Assistant Store Manager

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist in managing store inventory, including ordering and restocking merchandise
- Supervise and train store employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Assist in creating work schedules and assigning tasks to employees
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, making deposits, and reconciling cash drawers
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Assist in conducting employee orientation and training programs

Skills:
- Retail management experience preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Sales management experience is beneficial
