Manager of Rehabilitation Services
Position Summary
As the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily department operations of Licking Memorial Health Systems Rehabilitation Services, ensuring compliance with LMHS business processes. Under the general direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Manager of Rehabilitation Services will ensure safe, high-quality care is provided to patients in all areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining adequate staffing levels, policy management, program development, as well as addressing any patient/employee concerns. This role will oversee physical, occupational and speech therapies throughout the continuum of care.
