We are currently seeking a part-time and/or full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering behavior analysis services, creating and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to clients and their families. Experience working with individuals with autism and a strong grasp of evidence-based practices are essential qualifications.
BCBA positions are available in Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, NYC, and Staten Island. Candidates must hold certification as a BCBA and be licensed as a NYS LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst). Previous experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or teaching children with disabilities is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and familiarity with VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments are advantageous. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
