Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Desktop Support Technician: The Desktop Support Technician will offer assistance to internal teams, handling tasks such as managing inventory systems, hard drive wiping, packaging, monitor setup, imaging, and data transfer. Additionally, they will play a key role in supporting a company-wide project rollout.

Required Skills for the Desktop Support Technician:
- 1 years experience within IT Desktop Support.
- Experience with setting up and imaging PCs and/or workstations
- Hands on experience with hardware replacement and installations.
- Must have knowledge working within O365 environment
- Experience troubleshooting hardware & software
- A certification or relevant is preferred
- Azure AD and on-prem AD experience is preferred
