What You Will Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, based in Central Florida, to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide technical and project management leadership on a variety of projects, ranging from existing building expansions to new designs. This is a remote work opportunity with strong potential for career advancement in our 50 year old firm.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project deliverables and ensure compliance with client expectations and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and oversight to drafting and engineering staff.
• Manage project budget and schedule to meet client expectations.
• Foster and maintain client relationships through daily communications and leading meetings.
• Assist with business development tasks, including engaging with potential clients and developing proposals.
• Conduct quality control reviews to ensure project standards are met.
• Provide construction administration support as needed.

What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 8 years of experience in building structural design.
• Active Professional Engineer license.
• Experience with Revit and industry standard software.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial building codes and design materials.
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Active participation in professional and technical societies preferred.
• Previous project and client management experience a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of building design and construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify and apply applicable codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
