Location: West Palm Beach, FL (4 days onsite/1 remote)
Duration: Direct Hire
Compensation: DPOE, $110K-150K bonus

Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
- Manage our Florida transportation team for profitability and client satisfaction.
- Craft winning proposals for transportation projects.
- Present technical proposals and oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with FDOT standards and regulations.
- Design and coordinate transportation projects from start to finish.
- Impress stakeholders with your expertise.
- 10 years in transportation design.
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and PE license is required!
- FDOT experience.
- Proficient in Bentley OpenRoads, MicroStation, 3D corridor modeling, and Microsoft Project.
