Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing order updates, tracking, and basic status requests. This role is an entry level role into our team with plenty of room for growth. You would be working under our Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Provide status updates on orders
  • Provide basic product information to customers
  • Issue return merchandise authorizations (RMAs)
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc..)
