WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for: Seeking a personable, experienced, detail-oriented, organized individual to be a lead installer of our home improvement products. This includes security doors, retractable awnings, patio shades, and more.

Position Requires:

-Ability to accurately read a ruler

-Valid U.S. License

-Familiarity with construction framing concepts

-Detailed familiarity with power tools

-Ability to interact with customers on a daily basis

-Ability to work in a high paced environment

-Ability to work as part of a team

-Ability to listen, respond and effectively carry out instructions from managers

-Attention to detail and ability to adhere to set procedures

-Ability to work unsupervised and self-manage time

A general understanding of construction framing and a valid driver's license is required. The company provides a vehicle and all necessary tools for the installations.

Responsibilities
- Install doors, awnings, shades and more using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret measurements and schematics for accurate installation.

- Interact with customers on a daily basis, ensuring all their questions are answered and the product's use is explained.
- Lead an installation crew, ensuring the successful installation and proper customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
