If you are an experienced Installer who is interested in joining our team, please submit your resume. The Home Appliance Installer is responsible for the loading, unloading, and installation of gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, range ovens, countertop stoves refrigerators, and ventilation hoods into new and existing residential units. This position ensures the installed appliances are damage free, properly installed according to themanufacturer’s specifications, and fully functioning.

Qualifications:

This position requires the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers and employees and the ability to make decisions in a timely and professional manner.

• Previous appliance installation experience in a lead role
• Great customer service skills
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Meet current ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers and employees.
• Ability to make decisions in a timely and professional manner, plus analytical ability, initiative, and problems solving ability.
• Ability to read maps and/or utilize GPS devices.
• Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk and crawl.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and dexterity to bend/twist neck and waist.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs/maneuver appliances while going up and down stairs.
• The ability for fine manipulation of hands as well as pushing, pulling and reaching above and below shoulder level.
• Physical ability to lift, pull and push products up to 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to lift, pull and push products that weigh in excess of 100 pounds occasionally, with appropriate safety equipment provided.
• Ability to carry items up to 6 feet occasionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
