We need both the mild-mannered, professional “alter ego” and the superhero ready to jump in and handle any situation. From wrestling calendars into submission to locking down processes to helping to build strong partnerships, your days will not be boring. We’ll even let you pick your own superhero name.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks to effectively move candidates through the client’s hiring process
  • Review resumes and schedule candidates for interviews
  • Update candidates in an applicant tracking system
  • Support the sales team by communicating with prospects and scheduling appointments
  • Assist with client-related administrative tasks
  • Participate in other projects, as requested
Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school graduate (some college preferred)
  • Office experience in small, growing business
  • Client service experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
  • Effective communication skills
