Job Title : Warehouse Manager

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to join our team.
Job Description : As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and optimizing efficiency.
You will be responsible for inventory control, auditing processes, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to meet company objectives and customer demands.
Oversee inventory control procedures, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiencies and reduce operational costs.
Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of quality.
Utilize strong computer skills to effectively manage inventory systems and warehouse software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track warehouse performance.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or similar role.
Proficient in inventory control principles and warehouse management systems.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with Oracle or CMX software is a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
Salary : $60,000 to $80,000
Pay Details : $60, to $80, per year
