- Corporate Governance
- Private Equity Transactions
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Due Diligence
- White-Glove Client Service
Qualifications:
- A paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 5 years of recent US experience as a corporate/transactional paralegal in a mid-to-large law firm.
- Recent M&A expertise and longevity in previous client-facing roles.
- Proficiency with iManage, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, & ChromeRiver (preferred.)
- Experience tracking billable hours.
- Positive attitude and an appetite for professional development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and prioritize meeting conflicting and urgent deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
