In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring efficient billing operations, and maximizing revenue for our healthcare clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize revenue cycle performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams, including billing specialists and finance professionals, to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections
- Stay up to date with healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize revenue opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, coding systems, and insurance regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Experience with revenue cycle management software preferred
