LHH is assisting a healthcare provider in Avon in hiring a Medical Front Desk employee. This role is in a busy clinic, hiring contract to hire. Please apply today, we are hiring ASAP!
Summary:

• Type of hire: Contract to Hire / Temp to Perm
• Location: 100% onsite in Avon
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM

Overview:

• Performing front desk duties, greeting patients and check in/check out
• Scheduling follow up appointments
• Collecting copays, informing patients of account balances
• Taking patient insurance cards, HIPAA and any other forms
• Updating patient demographic information

Minimum qualifications:

• 1 year preferred of experience in medical front desk
• Must have excellent customer service and phone skills
• Previous experience using EMR/EHR strongly preferred
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
