LHH is searching for a seasoned Medical Credentialing Specialist!

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Credentialing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and completing credentialing applications for both initial and re-credentialing processes for all licensed providers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the credentialing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Collaborate with providers to gather necessary information and documentation for credentialing applications.
  • Coordinate with hospital credentialing departments to ensure provider privileges are maintained and updated as needed.
  • Keep all necessary stakeholders informed of physician credentialing status, including eadership and relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records for all providers within the organization.
  • Stay informed of relevant regulations and accreditation standards related to credentialing processes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical credentialing or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing software systems.
