Logistics Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in Chandler. This company is looking for a logistics and sales support representative to join their team on a full time basis.

The ideal candidate will be degreed, with some SCL experience with sales support or order management(domestic and international).

The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office. The hourly range is between $26 / hr-$32 / hr DOE.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the sales team to process orders accurately and efficiently. This includes following the order from receipt through invoicing of customers.

Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and track shipments.

Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.

Communicate with clients to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues or concerns.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and documents.

Assist with inventory management and forecasting to ensure adequate stock levels.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.

Prior experience in logistics coordination or sales support roles preferred.

Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
