LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Elgin, IL. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a small HR department and drive HR initiatives within the organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, multi-state HR compliance, training and development, recruitment, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), along with a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience. Experience with multi-state HR compliance is required and prior union experience is highly desirable. Experience supporting a manufacturing or distribution an employee population is certainly a plus.
