Job HR Generalist:

As an HR Generalist at Zerova Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the HR function to ensure the smooth operation of our workforce. You will utilize your expertise in HRIS systems, onboarding processes, I-9 compliance, employee file management, and benefits administration to support our employees and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. This role reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ADP HRIS system to manage employee data, including but not limited to onboarding, employee changes, and terminations.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage the I-9 process, including verification and recordkeeping, to ensure compliance with federal immigration laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Process employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits offerings, and assist employees with benefit-related questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and promote a positive work culture.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices remain compliant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on HRIS administration, onboarding, I-9 compliance, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency with ADP HRIS.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly related to onboarding, I-9 compliance, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
