LHH is currently hiring for an HR Coordinator that will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and coordination tasks.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for HR to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This is a contract role with the potential for the role to become permanent. Our client offers a flexible hybrid schedule, 3 days remote and 2 days in office.
Responsibilities :
Assist with job postings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure completion of required documentation.
Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees.
Conduct exit interviews and facilitate offboarding process.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
Assist with employee benefits administration.
Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues as needed.
Requirements :
Previous experience in an HR support role preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
