LHH is actively seeking a Data Analyst for a global manufacturing company in the Elk Grove Village area. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing team and support a successful sales organization. Fluency is Japanese is a must.
This role is responsible for working closely with the sales team to provide analytical support in the areas of forecasts, audit support, database management and mid/long term projects.
The primary responsibilities for this role include
- Prepare mid and long term sales forecasts
- Generate weekly and monthly departmental reporting
- Audit preparation and support
- Maintain master material information in the ERP system
- Participate in market research projects
- Analysis historical and forecasted data to identify trends
- Identify areas of inconsistency or concern
- Additional duties as needed
The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2 years of Analyst experience
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets
- ERP system experience, SAP a strong plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Tableau or Power BI experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working both individually or part of a team
- Must speak Japanese
