LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Contract Trial Attorney with 5-8 years' litigation experience for a distinguished medium-sized law firm in Century City, Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Developing trial strategies, preparing trial exhibits, selecting juries, and coordinating with expert witnesses and other trial consultants.
• Conducting thorough legal research to analyze the facts of the case, relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to build a strong legal strategy
• Preparation of various legal documents including complaints, motions, briefs, pleadings, contracts, and other legal instruments necessary for trial preparation and court proceedings.
• Managing the discovery process, including conducting and responding to discovery requests, reviewing documents, and preparing witnesses for depositions.
• Crafting persuasive legal briefs that summarize key arguments, legal principles, and relevant case law to support the client's position and advocate for favorable outcomes in court proceedings. This includes drafting appellate briefs for cases on appeal to higher courts.

Required

• 5-8 years' litigation experience
• CA Barred

This role will be hybrid, typically 40 hours per week, and has a compensation range of $120-$145/hr .
