LHH is Hiring a Compensation Analyst Near Overland Park, KS

Overland Park, KS- Compensation AnalystLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a data center in the Overland Park, KS area to fill its Compensation Analyst role. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our compensation packages remain competitive and align with our business goals. You will collaborate with various departments to analyze, design, and administer compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate our top talent. This is a 2–3-month contract assignment that can have the flexibility to be hybrid, offering $30-45.00/ph.Kindly note for this opportunity, this individual must be very familiar with utilizing Workday Software including Workday Workflows.**Key Responsibilities:**
• Evaluate and analyze current compensation practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market research to ensure our compensation packages are competitive within our industry.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement new compensation structures and incentive programs.
• Manage and administer our annual salary review process.
• Provide expert guidance on job classifications and salary ranges.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends and recommendations for senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with compensation best practices and relevant legislation to ensure compliance.
**Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in compensation survey data and benchmarking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in Workday Software, specifically WORKDAY WORKFLOWS!!!
