The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.

Responsibilities

• Competitive analysis documentation.
• Prepare necessary documentation to ensure proper procedures within the purchasing process.
• Issuance of purchase order and follow up expediting to insure deliveries.
• Research and quotation of material, services, goods, etc.
• Contractual agreement review, preparation and negotiation.
• Maintains files, records and generates reports in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitors and resolve issues related to all types of local contractual agreements.
• Prepares internal and external correspondence to ensure proper flow of communication.
• Provides logistics when required.
• Perform other function related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years' experience in the civil construction industry
