Pay Rate = $50-55/hour
About the Client's Company:
LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with our client\u2019s first-ever Proxy Statement filing. This is a project-based, full-time, remote position with a start date as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of our Proxy Statement, a 40-50 page document required by the SEC for shareholder votes.
- Focus on building, populating, and ensuring the accuracy of complex executive compensation tables (20-30 pages) within the Workiva/Webilings/Wdesk software.
- Collaborate with AGC and General Counsel on data collection and information gathering.
- Assist with other tasks related to the Proxy Statement filing process as needed.
- Strong experience with Workiva, Webilings, or Wdesk software is required - non-negotiable.
- Experience with legal or financial data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience in SEC compliance and public company reporting.
