Concur Administrator LHH Recruiting is helping our client in Phoenix, AZ hire for a Concur Administrator on a contract to permanent basis. As a Concur Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Concur platform to ensure smooth and efficient operation of our travel and expense processes. Leveraging your expertise in Concur configuration, administration, and user support, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive system enhancements, provide training and support to users, and continuously improve the functionality of our expense management system. Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Concur settings to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Concur-related inquiries and issues from end-users
Provide training and support to employees on Concur functionality, policies, and best practices
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operation
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to integrate Concur with other financial systems and processes
Maintain accurate user profiles, permissions, and expense policies within Concur
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for Concur users
Stay informed about Concur updates, new features, and best practices, and recommend system enhancements as needed
Analyze data and generate reports to monitor expense trends, compliance, and efficiency metrics
Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the expense management process
Qualifications:
2 years of experience as a Concur Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of Concur configuration and administration
Proficiency in Concur Expense, Concur Travel, and Concur Invoice modules
Experience providing user support, training, and troubleshooting for Concur users
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
