Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning all items used to prepare and serve the meal
- Stores, prepares and serves food to patients as outlined in established policies and procedures.
- Responsible to complete dietary logs and tracking forms, as assigned.
- Serves food to the patients by preparing food trays or serving to dining table.
- Arranges for snacks to be served to the patients 24 hours / day, 7 days per week.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with others as an effective team builder and team player.
- Skilled as establishing / maintaining working relationships with key staff.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, set priorities, organize work, and make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
