Position Overview:

As an Airport Greeter, you will be the face of the company at Hawaii's airports, welcoming guests and ensuring they have a smooth and memorable arrival and departure. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic, personable, and committed to delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet arriving passengers with a warm and friendly demeanor and lei.
• Provide information, directions, and recommendations to travelers about the islands.
• Assist passengers with any inquiries or issues they may have.
• Assist with any luggage needs.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
• Work closely with airport staff to ensure a seamless experience for travelers.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Hawaii's attractions and points of interest.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

SHIFT: 10am-6PM

Pay: $18/hr
