Technical Publications Manager

Technical publications form an integral and critical component of the customer experience from the very first interaction with the sales team all the way through end of life. Our vision is to provide a world-class level of technical documentation to our customers in all phases of the project.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Publications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire publication lifecycle of technical documents for our products and services. You will manage both internal and external resources, comprised of technical writers, editors, illustrators, and other specialists who produce manuals, guides, reports, proposals, white papers, training videos, augmented reality solutions, on-line help solutions and more. You will ensure the quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance of technical documents with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices. You will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineers, product managers, customers, vendors, and media, to gather information, feedback, and requirements for technical publications.
