Lexus of Riverside is Hiring a Sales Lot Porter Near RIVERSIDE, CA

The Sales Lot Attendant/Porter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $18.00.

Position Purpose

The Sales Lot Attendant/Porter moves and cleans vehicles, keeps used vehicles in sound working condition, and helps Managers as requested.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Keeps used-vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by Managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.

Cleans interior and exterior of used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, and windows as needed.

Picks up vehicles and delivers to customers as directed by Management.

Starts vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns.

Picks up required parts from Parts Department when requested.

Responsible for keeping all vehicles appropriately fueled.

Ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.

Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner, free of debris and fluid leaks.

Regularly checks to make sure that all vehicles in parking lot are locked and secure.

Inspect each vehicle for lot damage and report to management immediately.

Wash all vehicles before delivery to client in a timely manner.

Inspect all vehicles for grease or other stains or debris that may have cleaning them up immediately using the materials and techniques specified by management.

Keep waste cans emptied and haul bulky waste items to dumpster on scheduled days and as needed.

Shuttle clients to and from the dealership as needed.

Immediately report to Management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or its customers.
