Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers promptly and in a professional manner
• Maintain tidy and clean work environment
• Providing superior customer service
• Assisting customers with beverages and snacks
• Scanning paperwork
• Answering phones and monitoring voicemail
• Accepting and processing payments, including F&I receipts
• During downtime assisting with filing/additional misc. projects
