What Youll Do :

• In sales, youll engage with customers, showcase our impressive inventory, and guide them through the car-buying process.
• Youll work closely with our management team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications :

• Sales Experience : Prior experience in automotive sales is NOT required. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Full-Time Availability : Our commitment to customer service extends beyond regular business hours. You must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Driven and Goal-Oriented : Youre motivated by success and eager to achieve your earning potential.

Compensation and Benefits :

• First-Year Earnings : The skys the limit! With our competitive commission structure, you can expect to earn between $60,000 and $100,000 or more in your first year.
