The Lexington Facilities Manager is primarily responsible for Manage Facilities Engineering and an Alliance partner to provide facilities engineering, power and energy management, utility plant and site infrastructure support, and facility planning services for the Lexington corporate headquarters campus. They will manage site contracted services including facility maintenance, mowing/landscaping, and janitorial services. Responsible for the review, update, and streamlining of corporate real estate and facilities processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs with standardization of process that can be applied globally, and ensure safety & compliance. Maintain 10-year capital planning and 3-year opex plans for site maintenance. Provide thought leadership in Green Building design and carbon footprint reduction to help Lexmark achieve aggressive sustainability targets.
