We are a small office, so we often wear many hats and have to take on unexpected (although not massively time- or energy-consuming) tasks to support each other. This can range from picking up brochures at our local printer, scheduling a secure paper shredder to dispose of confidential office materials, or helping out with general office cleaning.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with a track record of successfully meeting goals and development milestones. Priority will be given to applicants with experience working in an office setting, and with proven experience in the nonprofit, legal, or real estate industry.
Communication Skills

Understanding fair housing law (you’ll be trained and oriented about the law throughout your first year) and applying it effectively to individual client cases, being able to talk confidently and authoritatively about fair housing concepts.

We are a small office doing big work, and so we emphasize collaboration across the management of client cases, support each other to resolve how best to assist clients, and value perspectives that contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
