Job Description:

Are you driven by a passion for maintaining quality standards and ensuring superior craftsmanship in the roofing industry? Lexington Blue, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Representative to join our team. As a Quality Control Representative, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional roofing services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of roofing projects at various stages of completion to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

- Perform quality control checks on roofing materials, equipment, and workmanship to identify and rectify any deficiencies.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, roofing crews, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues promptly and effectively.

- Document inspection findings meticulously, utilizing rooftop photos, messages, notes, etc., to create detailed reports and maintain accurate records of all quality control activities.

- Recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

- Assist in training and educating roofing crews on quality standards and best practices.

- Communicate and collaborate with clients to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to roofing quality control.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in roofing or quality control are advantageous.

- Ability to navigate construction sites and climb on rooftops.

- Previous experience in photography or videography is a plus.

- Prior experience in the roofing industry, with a strong understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, and quality standards.

- Excellent attention to detail and a discerning eye for identifying defects and inconsistencies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while adhering to project deadlines.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to promote a culture of safety on job sites.

- Proficient computer skills for documenting and reporting inspection findings.

- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
