This individual will be an integral team member, building an efficient and results driven team of in vitro scientists, leading projects, and multidisciplinary cross-functional project teams. Expertise in design, execution, and delivery of robust and efficient workflows to drive data driven decisions will be a key success criterion in this role. Rapid identification of and execution of appropriate assay platforms to generate high quality and impactful data in neuroscience drug discovery projects will be essential. This individual will be required to build a nimble team of energetic scientists that can bring deep biology expertise and a results-driven mindset to efficiently deliver development candidates to our pipeline. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
