Job Brief

T his is a full time, hourly position. Starting pay is based upon experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday with some Saturdays available for overtime.

We are looking for an experienced automobile title clerk who is detail-oriented, a team player with the ability to multi-task while doing quality work.

Basic computer experience and office skills are necessary. Title experience is also necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing vehicle title applications
  • Check the deal packet for accuracy and completing any missing items for funding
  • Assist in posting of car deals
  • Data entry for various aspects of the dealerships
  • Reconcile vehicle and account schedules as needed.
  • Other various office and accounting tasks as needed.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Excellent verbal skills.

Preferred Skills :

  • Dealership experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training;

or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of ADP / CDK
