Responsibilities

  • You will develop the product vision, Objectives and Key Results, own the roadmap for your product area, and work closely with a team of product managers who will drive day-to-day execution of the roadmap.

  • Analyze consumer feedback and usage metrics to identify key consumer pain points and deliver results.

  • Engage with leadership and several cross-functional teams to develop, prioritize, and deliver innovative consumer shopping experiences aimed at solving key consumer problems.

  • Be able to understand technical complexity of features being put into the backlog and partner with the engineering and data science teams to make the right technical trade-offs.

  • Write user stories for prioritized initiatives, refine with engineering, ensure solutions are validated with consumers, and analyze a/b test results to determine next steps and iteration.

  • Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs. Balance quick wins vs. platform investments appropriately and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.

  • Manage and monitor feature health utilizing various internal analytical tools, as well astesting, to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Present product plans, benefits and results confidently to senior leadership, stakeholders, external partners, and other large audiences.

  • Navigate through ambiguity using consumer data, internal data, external benchmarks, and business objectives as guides.

  • Balance the use and integration of third-party and internal solutions for quick delivery of goals and optimal use of engineering bandwidth.

  • Identify the controllable input metrics for your product area that will drive sustainable growth.

  • Create processes, identify resource gaps and bottlenecks, and work cross-functionally to increase throughput and minimize operational expenses.

  • Roll up sleeves as necessary to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet our high standards of quality.

  • Coach and develop other team members.

Qualifications

  • Location: US

  • 6 years of experience in product management, product development, e-commerce, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field.

  • 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably for a web, mobile, or other technology company.

  • Prior experience in the areas of upper and middle funnel- Homepage, PLP,PDP, Reviews, Fit and Size ispreferred.

  • Experience in crafting a convincing roadmap for a broad suite of feature offerings that form a coherent service.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization, especially to senior executives and non-engineering stakeholders.

  • Interpersonal communication skills with expertise distilling complicated technical topics to a broader audience.

  • Great skills in cross-functional, multi-language based collaboration between engineering and non-engineering functions such as marketing, legal, developer relationship, and local regulatory and standards.

  • Innate drive to improve the consumer experience, ways of working, strong technical skills with an eye for design and user experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to respond to feedback and implement ideas in a changing environment.

he expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300- $175,900. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
