Position Summary: The role of the Human Resources Coordinator is to aid in administering Human
Resources functions including Payroll, Benefits and Work Comp activities for assigned clients. Customer
service is the number one priority by securing a strong positive relationship to ensure client satisfaction.
Retention of clients and providing them first class service is mandatory.
Answer phones daily and direct calls accordingly
Onboard all new hires and ensure all paperwork is filled out and filed accurately for designated
clients
Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Respond to client and employee inquires promptly and professionally
Assist with payroll entry for designated clients
Respond to unemployment claims accordingly
Responsible for keeping designated clients HRIS account up to date and accurate at all times
Take a proactive approach to foreseeing issues for clients and providing suggestions
Perform work free from error and within timeline
Maintain employee and vendor files accurately
Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Provide support in human resources through areas such as new hire paperwork administration,
employee evaluation tracking, background checks, drug screens, etc.
Assist with Employee Relations issues in a professional and confidential manner
Attend weekly meetings as assigned
Additional relevant duties as assigned
