Lever1 - Internal is Hiring an Accountant Executive (Internal) Near Overland Park, KS

Position Description:
We're actively seeking an Account Executive to join our Lever1 team in Kansas City. The role of the Account Executive is to serve prospects and contacts by selling products, meeting contact needs, and incubating prospective client growth. The Account Executive is a key contributor to our contact support.
The Account Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making a multitude of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. (25 to 50 outbound calls per day, netting 5 qualified leads per week)
  • Obtain at least two discovery meetings per week
  • Input all client data at the point of contact and keep all information updated
  • Uncover client need via Standard discovery template and develop a presentation that addresses the needs and requirements of prospects and contacts.
  • Understand and sell value proposition of Lever1 PEO
  • Successfully hit daily, weekly, monthly targets to achieve qualified lead goals.
  • Fully understand all products and services to achieve customer onboarding success.
  • Work with marketing to optimize prospecting efforts & attend monthly marketing meetings
  • Identify key prospects and conduct outgoing marketing efforts such as calls and emails.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects and contacts to qualify, prior to adding to CRM. Add 10 new prospects per week.
  • Interact with Lever1 social media postings in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Attend required meetings.
  • All other relatable duties as assigned.
Competencies
  • Strong phone presence; dialing a multitude of calls per day resulting in 5 solid leads per week
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Extremely creative and inventive.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM Tools.
  • Strong listening, presentation skills and phone presence.
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data.
