Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret blueprints and programming instructions will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and precision of the final products.
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Proficient in operating CNC machines and related equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experience with SolidWorks, CAD, and blueprint reading
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and techniques
- Ability to handle materials, package finished products, and perform basic materials handling tasks
- Knowledge of programming languages used in CNC operations is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
