USA Wood Door Division of Masonite is look for the following position at our Grand Prairie, TX facility.

Production Worker- $250 paid out quarterly up to $1000

• Set up, adjust, and operate a machine, work cell, or a position within a department
• Read process documentation to determine physical specifications and processing steps
• Gather materials as needed
• Perform quality checks

Qualifications

• Have a good work history and attendance record
• Understand that working safely while producing a quality product is the #1 priority
• Have previous production background (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret job orders
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and stand on feet for 8-10 hour shifts
• Possess basic math skills, including fractions and the ability to read a tape measure
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
