L5 Acceleration Services is looking for a Construction Project Manager II to join our growing team. The Construction Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for all phases of construction and is instrumental in the successful completion and turnover of quality-built sites (both new builds and remodels) for our portfolio companies by ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and with utmost skill, while staying within the parameters of timeline and financial forecasts. They will accomplish this by visiting site construction projects and conducting onsite evaluations for quality assurance on vendor performance. The CPM works effectively with architects, engineers, lenders, franchise partners, and landlords throughout the process and ensures the design standards and terms of lease are accurately being delivered as it relates to the construction of the project.
