Full Time : 40 hours / week
Hourly : Compensation is commensurate with experience.
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Schedule : Monday Friday, overtime may be required, on-call rotation as needed
Reports to : Director of Construction / Senior Director of Property Operations
Job Description
Levco Management is currently hiring a Floating Maintenance Technician for a portfolio of properties in Virginia. We are seeking an individual with experience in the apartment industry who is dependable, hard-working, and interested in developing their technical skills.
This position is responsible for maintaining curb appeal, completing maintenance requests, preventative maintenance programs, and apartments turnovers.
