We currently have a full-time career opportunity for a highly motivated Admissions/Marketing Coordinator. The Admissions/Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all admissions and establishing ongoing relationships with referral sources. The incumbent will ultimately be responsible for census development and growth.

Job Duties:

• Participate in morning and afternoon census call.
• Responsible for reviewing referrals financially and clinically.
• Responsible for financially screening and obtaining initial insurance authorizations.
• Responsible for completing the Facility Arbitration Agreement with legal responsible parties and cognitive residents and maintaining an Arbitration Log.
• Responsible for completing the first step of the KLOCS Application process (PASRR).
• Responsible for obtaining the MAP 4092 for residents who would need a Level II PASRR exemption form.
• Responsible for completing admissions paperwork with residents, legal representative, and families internally and externally via DocuSign.
• Responsible for ensuring the residents, legal representatives, and families understand the admissions agreement that they are signing.
• Responsible for following all admissions policies and procedures.
• Maintain facility’s intake waiting list.
• Responsible for marketing the facility within the community.
• Responsible for planning and organizing facility marketing events internally and externally.
• Responsible for hosting a quarterly marketing meeting with department directors.
• Give tours of the facility to prospective residents, families, referral sources, community partners.
• Institute Public Relation Strategies designed to enhance positive public image of the facility (canned food drive, coat drive, volunteering, etc.).
• Participates in all facility surveys.
• Assists in submitting written reports to the Administrator.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in facility committees and audits, as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and update the facility Marketing Plan quarterly and submitting to administrator and regionals.
• Responsible for uploading pertinent resident documentation to Point Click Care.
• Responsible for purchasing essential marketing supplies and storing them appropriately.

Job Requirements:

• One year experience in admissions/marketing in healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to travel.
• Must be flexible with hours to accommodate admission to the facility.
